PURPOSE:To prevent failure in over-registration from being taken place even if a line closing control section is defective by detecting a response of an opposite party by a response detecting section after dialing, responding this detecting signal by an information transmitting section and transmitting prescribed information to the opposite party through a line. CONSTITUTION:A call start detecting section 8 is operated by a trigger output of a call section 1, an output of both sections is ANDed by an AND circuit 9 and the output of the line closing control section 2 is risen by the output of the circuit 9. A line closing operating section 3 is operated by this control output to close the line. When a dial control section 4 is operated next, its output operates a dial operating section 5 and a dial signal is transmitted to the line. When the dial signal is transmitted, the system enters the standby state, and when a response exists, it is detected by a response detecting section 6, and the detected output is given to an information transmitting section 7. Then, information required for the information transmission section 7 is transmitted to the opposite party through the line. When the transmission of information is finished, a call start detecting section 8 detects the absence of an information signal, is restored and a restoration detecting section 10 is responded by the output. |
