PURPOSE:To enable automatic measurement of check points according to the operator's desired inspection item and sequence by storing preliminarily measuring items, conditions and instructions in the titled device. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is provided with a table 4-1 in which the information on prescribed plural measuring items is stored, a table 4-2 in which the information on prescribed measuring conditions is stored, a memory 5 in which the measurement of the information on measuring instructions instructing the measuring contents consisting of the combination of the measuring items and measuring conditions from an input part 7 is registered in accordance with the sequence of executing the measurement, and a memory 6 in which measuring data is stored. The information corresponding to the contents of the measuring instructions is read from the tables 4-1 and 4-2 according to the sequence to be measured, and the measuring data corresponding to the respective sets of the read-out information are taken successively and are stored into the memory 6. |
