PURPOSE:To obtain a separator of a product from the runner that prevents the runner from being caught by a crosswise bar and falling and a machine from breaking down by enlarging in diameter the crosswise bar of a screen and supporting them not to rotate against the conveyor. CONSTITUTION:When the mixture of a product S from exhausted from the injection molding machine and the runner R is put into the hopper yoke 10, the mixture strikes the 1st bottom plate 6, the runner R falls down sideways and is carried forward by the crosswise bar 3. The product S and the runner R are carried by a conveyor 1, arrive at the position with a longitudinal bar 8 and then at the lower 2nd bottom plate. The product S falls down from the clearances of the longitudinal bar 8 and the crosswise one 3 to the 2nd bottom plate 7, slides down there and exhausted sideways from a seat 9. The runner R is longer than the mesh of the screen and does not fall through the crosswise bar 3 and the longitudinal one 8 but is carried to the end of the conveyor 1 and when the conveyor 1 looks downward the runner R separates from the crosswise bar 3 and falls down. |
