PURPOSE:To attain the reinsertion of a proper color burst independently of the phase shift in a pilot burst by phase-shifting an oscillator oscillated at an intermediate phase of a color burst signal converted into high frequency at reproduction so as to form the reinserted color burst. CONSTITUTION:A color burst outputting a high frequency conversion is taken as a reference input to the 2nd phase comparison circuit 10 and the 2nd VXO11 constituting a PLL circuit. Thus, the obtained oscillating output (PLL output) holds the intermediate phase of the color burst. This PLL output is inputted to an ACC detecting circuit 12' so as to be taken as a reference input of a high frequency converted color burst. This detected output is taken as a control input of said ACC circuit 1. Further, the high frequency converted output is inputted to a 1H delay circuit 12, and this delay output and a non-delay output are inputted to the 1st analog switch 13. The 1st analog switch 13 performs switching operation so as to make the switching sequence continuous when the phase switching sequence of the color burst is discontinuous. |
