PURPOSE:To provide the titled apparatus which is used in a small object to be printed such as a semiconductor device and miniaturized in a size and reduced in cost, constituted so as to perform the pretreatment of the printing surface of an object to be printed and the drying of printing ink after printing by using a same ultraviolet ray irradiating apparatus. CONSTITUTION:In performing the pretreatment of the printing surface of an object to be printed and the drying of printing ink after printing by irradiating said printing surface with ultraviolet rays, the pretreatment of the printing surface and the drying of the printing ink are performed by the same ultraviolet ray irradiating apparatus. That is, the object 15 to be printed is supplied to the supply belt of a printing and drying line at a loading part 11a and, after pretreated in a pretreating and ink drying over 12 equipped with an ultraviolet lamp 15, the pretreated one is printed by a printed by a printing unit 13 and again quided to the pretreating and ink drying over 12 while moved on the supply belt 14 to dry the printing ink. |
