PURPOSE:To restore disturbance by noise and to prevent malfunction by absorbing the noise applied to a signal representing the state of each channel in time division in multiplexing state without separating a time division multiplex signal to each channel in the time division multiplex communication system such as PCM communication system or the like. CONSTITUTION:When the bipolar PCM signal of multiframe constitution is inputted from a line L to a digital terminal DT, a clock is extracted from the inputted signal at the digital terminal, the bipolar signal is converted into a unipolar signal suitable for the processing of an exchange by using this clock and the result is transmitted to a time division exchange TDS via an inserter I. The signal representing the state of channel is extracted and separated at the digital terminal DT, and the signal only is transmitted to a noise absorbing circuit NA via a signal input line SI for attaining required processing such as noise absorption, then transmitted to the inserter I via a signal output line SO, inserted to the corresponding location at the inserter I, and the PCM signal after noise processing is inputted to the time division exchange TDS. |
