<p>PURPOSE:To reclain resin easily by a method in which plastic waste is brought into resin solution by solvent, and this resin solution is mixed with specified liquid, whereby separating solute resin by deposition and further this separated resin is rechaimed by floating it on the liquid surface. CONSTITUTION:Resin solution is prepared, while dissolving resin waste into the solvent such as methylene chloride. Next, a liquid which is non-compatible to the solvent in this resin solution and has dissolving capacity for the solute resin being almost liquid, and also has smaller specific gravity than that of said solvent and larger specific gravity than that of said solute resin, is mixed with said resin solution, whereby the solute resin in the resin solution is separated by deposition. Further, the separated resin is floated on the surface of said non- compatible liquid and rechaimed. Consequently, the solute is recycled and simultaneously the resin is reclaimed very easily and also without necessity of a large equipment and a great deal of energy.</p> |
