PURPOSE:To save the consumption of electric power by preventing the absorption of a heat source with the use of transparent crystal quartz as a wall material and attaching a reflective film to the outer surface of the wall material in order to share reaction with the heat source. CONSTITUTION:A reaction chamber 5 is composed of a chamber frame 3 having a gas inlet 1 and a gas outlet 2, and a wall material 4. An electric conduction port is provided in the reaction chamber 5 by connecting both ends of a conductive rod 6 to a couple of power supply terminals 7. The wall material 4 consists of transparent crystal quartz 9 with a reflective film 8 attached on its surface. Accordingly, a current is converted into heat energy by the condutive rod 6 connected to the electronic terminals 7 and the temp. is maintained at a reaction temp. The heat energy passes through the transparent quartz 9 of the wall material 4, but it is fed back to the reaction chamber 5 by the action of the reflective film 8 attached to the outer surface of the wall material 4 to be effectively utilized as radiant heat. |
