PURPOSE:To provide the titled system capable of enhancing printing quality by suppressing the irregularity of a driving current, constituted so as to stabilized the operation of a charging and discharging circuit by connecting a final output means to an electrostriction vibrator while connecting a transistor for a switch and a transistor for a current source in series. CONSTITUTION:One end of a piezoelectric element 1 is connected to reference potential (a common electrode) and the other end thereof is connected to the output stage of a drive circuit. The output stage is connected to a current source while two transistors 2, 3 or 4, 5 each for performing switch operation are connected in series. The base or gate electrodes of the transistors 3, 5 are connected to transistors 6, 7 connected to a diode so that operation voltage is determined by a bias current. Each factor imparing influence to the current flowing through the diode shows high relativity on one chip in IC and is reduced in irregularity while the current imparted by externally attached resistance 8 is brought to irregularity of 7-8% as a whole and sufficient as the capacity of a driver |
