PURPOSE:To prevent the heat loss from forced exhausting and prevent the cooking article from over-heating by a method wherein a temperature switch detects the setting temperature inside of a chamber and stops a heat source, then stops a stirring fan or keeps thereof under low speed rotation interlocked with said heat source stopping operation. CONSTITUTION:A temperature switch Th is formed of contacts Th2, Th3, the Th2 is connected with a burning control circuit GC, the Th3 is connected with a relay R. A (b) contact (r) of the relay R is interposed between the temperature switch Th and a stirring fan motor FM, also a switch A is interposed between the contact Th3 of the temperature switch Th and the relay R, the switch A is closed with a cam 12a which is rotated incorporating with a temperature adjusting knob 12 when the temperature adjusting knob 12 is made to select the toaster temperature. When the knob 12 is set at the toaster temperature and the switch A is closed, subsequently, the temperature switch Th is closed after the detection of higher temperature than the setting temperature inside of the chamber, then the relay R is excited, the contact (r) is opened, accordingly, the heat source is stopped, simultaneously, the stirring fan motor FM is also stopped. Thereby, the over-drying of a cooking article can be prevented by the stopping of the air stirring inside of the chamber. |
