PURPOSE:To obtain a tire vulcanizer of simple structure wherein a rotary friction part need not be sealed by composing of a special rotor and a sleeve a mechanism for stirring gas of high temperature and high pressure which is injected into a bladder in time of vulcanization. CONSTITUTION:Gas of high temperature and high pressure for pressure welding injected into a bladder 18 from the inside of a green tire in time of vulcanization is stirred by a rotary blade 33 to equalize the temperature of the gas in the bladder 18. A bearing part 26 is inserted into a piston rod 15 through an O-ring 25 and a cylindrical boss part 31 is inserted rotatably into a bearing part 26 and the rotary blade 33 is fixed on the outside circumference of the lower end part thereof. A rotor core 41 is fixed by a snap ring 42 put around the upper end of the boss part 31 and a sleeve 44 is mounted on the outside thereof. A circular stator core 56 is fixed around the sleeve 44, and when three-phase alternating current is applied to this stator core 56, the rotor core 41 rotates together with the rotary blade 33. |
