PURPOSE:To relieve the load of a control section of a private branch of an exchange and to simplify software by inhibiting the transmission of a channel number as to a specific time position of a time division channel transmitted from a time division electronic exchange accommodating button telephone sets and transmitting the information representing the subscriber number position together with the operating information of a subscriber. CONSTITUTION:Suppose that 104 is the 255th talking channel and 105 is the 256th talking channel and each channel consists of 8-bit. A data geverating circuit operates a counter circuit in 8-bit at the speed of 8kb/s to represent the display number position, and the data corresponding to the number is transmitted at the same time to the 255th and the 256th talking channels respectively. On the other hand, a time division exchange circuit 7 is controlled by a control section 11 so that no output is generated at the 255th and the 256th talking channels. Thus, an OR circuit 8 is controlled to generate no output at the 255th and the 256th talking channels and the display number position information and the subscriber state information are edited in a signal in 8-bit constitution and inserted. |
