PURPOSE:To enable flame to be completely burnt without being cooled even if it collides directly with a burner body and to improve burning characteristics, by a method wherein the water drum part of the burner body is positioned in a level higher than that of an assist burning cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The air, producing a swirl flow, is fed to an evaporating chamber 9 and a combustion chamber 13 from a plurality of upper and lower air holes 15 through a blast chamber 2. Meanwhile, when high pressure liquid fuel is sprayed through a nozzle 15 in an oil feed cylinder 14 toward the fuel feed port of an assist burning cylinder 6, primary air, simultaneously, is fed from a primary air cylinder 17, and when high temerature spark is generated by an igniter 16, a fuel injecting region 21 sprayed through the nozzle 15 is momentarily ignited to start combustion. Yellow flame is dispersed and burnt by receiving primary and secondary air 2-3sec after combustion starts, but afterwards, an evaporating chamber 9, a combustion chamber 13, a combustion cylinder 4, an assist burning cylinder 6, and the lower structure of a burner body 1 are heated by a combustion heat. Thus, the sprayed fuel makes contact with such high temperature bodies and is momentarily, and a recycling action of a combustion flame 20 causes the combustion flame 20 to be changed into blue flame which is long flame but clean and to be completely burnt. |
