摘要 PURPOSE:To contrive to control rapid and adequate stopping operation of heating even under high temperature atmospheric condition by a method wherein an automatic control for the finishing of a food cooking is made due to the output of an absolute humidity sensor. CONSTITUTION:When the menu selection key 2 of an operation panel 1 and a heating start key 3 are pushed down sequentially, a relay 21 is made ON, a magnetron 6 is oscillated, then a food is heated. An output electric voltage from an absolute humidity sensor 10 (AH sensor) arranged on an exhaust air passage 9 is amplified with a direct current amplifier 16 via a bridge circuit B, converted into a digital signal with a A/D converter 17, inputted into a micro-computer 19 via an interface circuit 18. Each inputted data is compared and discriminated in order with the optimum finishing level value for each temperature stored previously in an ROM 19b by a CPU 19a. When the optimum finishing level is obtained after the AH sensor 10 detects the absolute value of the humidity, the micro-computer 19 transmits a low level signal to a transistor 20 via the interface circuit 18, then the heating for cooking is stopped.
