PURPOSE:To process a picture of wide angle in high speed by providing a visual field picture inputting means inputting a picture of a wide picture angle and an arithmetic unit correcting the picture of wide angle having a distortion from this visual field picture inputting means into a picture of normal wide angle picture. CONSTITUTION:In Figure, 6 is an arithmetic unit eliminating and correcting the distortion of a picture obtained by a convex mirror 5A and this arithmetic circuit 6 consists of picture memory sections 6A, 6B and an arithmetic circuit 6C. It is possible to equip this arithmetic unit 6 to a mobile device 1 or an operating device 2. A picture picked up by a camera 5B is recorded on the picture memory 6A and the picture eliminated with distortion is recorded on the picture memory section 6B. The arithmetic circuit 6C performs the operation to correct the distortion of the picture based on the picture position on the convex mirror 5A. The normal picture WA subject to correction of the picked-up picture W including distortion is displayed on a screen of a monitor television 4. |
