摘要 PURPOSE:To make surface treatment to provide excellent corrosion resistance and surface conductivity as well as resistance to thermal impact and corrosion by forming an oxide film on the surface of Mg or the alloy thereof and successively forming plural kinds of thermosetting resin films and conductive films thereon. CONSTITUTION:The oxide film is formed on the surface of the Mg or Mg alloy. The thermosetting resin film and conductive film are then successively formed thereon. At least either of the thermosetting resin and conductive film is constituted of plural layers which are different in material. The above- mentioned oxide film is formed by an anodic oxidation or chemical conversion treatment. A melamine resin, epoxy resin, phenolic resin, etc. are used for the above-mentioned thermosetting resin. The above-mentioned conductive layer is formed by methods such as ion plating, electroless plating or the like of Au, Ag, Cu, etc.
