PURPOSE:To speed up quick return to a cutting tool and to improve working efficiency, by utilizing a gear train consisting of a sun gear and a planetary gear. CONSTITUTION:When a feed table 7 is quickly returned, after the hole of a workpiece is bored and is sized to a given value by cutting feed, the cutting feed is stopped through operation of a handle. A rotation stop pin 39 is pushed in the direction of an arrow mark X to be pressed against a rotary disc 28, which turned subsequently. When an engaging part 40 reaches the position where the pin 39 is pressed, it engages with the pin 39 to lock the disc 28. When this causes stopping of revolutions of planetary gears 35a, 35b, 36a, and 36b around a sun gear, a gear 29 stops its rotation and is locked by the gears 36a and 36b and a fixed inner gear 37. |
