PURPOSE:To obtain a microwave antenna for circular polarized wave which has a wide angle and an excellent axial ratio by laminating a radiation element, a dielectric and an earth conductor of a prescribed form respectively. CONSTITUTION:Two conductor plates folded into a V-shaped respectively are put together orthogonally to each other to form a radiation element 1. Then a dielectric 2 and an earth conductor 3 having forms similar to the element 1 are adhered close to the recess side of the element 1. In other words, the element 1 and the conductor 3 are laminated centering on the dielectric 2. The end parts 4A and 4B of two ridge lines of the element 1 are defined as feed points respectively. The phases of the microwaves supplied to those feed points have a 90 deg. difference from each other. In such a way, it is possible to obtain a microwave antenna for circular polarized wave which has a wide angle and an excellent axial ratio. |
