PURPOSE:To mold linearly a synthetic resin film sheet by drilling an air hole to both punch and die respectively to discharge the air inside a metal mold through the air hole when said film sheet is formed. CONSTITUTION:A heated synthetic film sheet S is conveyed between the punch and the die and a cylinder works to bring die guide pin contact with a die guide puch 2. In this case, the air which is sealed up by the sheet S, the punch and the die is collected into air spaces 17 and 20 through air holes 16 and 19 drilled to each cell and then discharged outside through air discharge holes 18 and 21 linking outside. As a result, the sheet S is formed into a linear chevron by the punch 3 and the die 10. |
