PURPOSE:To permit an elastic ring to be certainly fitted onto an installation body by allowing an intermediate point to be pivotally supported onto the second movable body through a link and installing a plurality of supporting hooks for allowing the intermediate pivotal supporting point to be spread and transferred in the radial direction, thus securing a large angular variation of the supporting hooks. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 2 is formed on a working head 1, and a piston 3 is inserted into the cylinder 2. The first movable body 5 is connected to a joint 4 integrally installed with the piston 3, and the second movable body 6 is supported onto the first movable body 5 so as to be movable in the axial direction. An intermediate point is pivotally supported onto the second movable body 6 through a link 9, and a plurality of supporting hooks 7 for allowing an intermediate pivotal supporting point 8 to be spread and transferred in the radial direction by the advance of the shaft of the second movable body 6 are installed. The piston 3 is operated to an advance edge, and the first movable body 5 is advanced, and then the supporting hook 7 is turned, having the intermediate point 8 as pivotal point, and then a large angular variation is generated on the supporting hook 7, and an elastic ring R can be automatically inserted into the annular concaved groove 23 on an installation body 22. |
