摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate the automation by eliminating the deterioration of strength at a junction by a method wherein function trimming is performed after a metallic piece is previously soldered, at the same with other circuit elements, to the lead wire connection part of a conductor, thereafter the lead wire is welded to the metallic piece by a laser light. CONSTITUTION:Pasted layers 12b, 13a, and 14a coated over a ceramic substrate 11 are strongly bonded to the substrate 11 by calcination, thus being changed into the conductor 12, a resistor 13, and the electrode connection part 14. Solder paste 20,... is coated at the circuit element connection part and the electrode connection part 14 of the conductor 12. When all the metallic pieces 18,... and circuit elements 16,... are arranged at fixed positions on a circuit substrate 15 and calcined, the solder paste 20,... fuses and then soldering is performed. The function trimming for the resistors 13,... is performed after cleaning, but the work can be easily performed because of no upright disposition of the lead wires 7,... in a circuit substrate 15. Next, it is irradiated with the laser lights 25 and 26 from oblique above, and thus the lead wires 7,... and the metallic pieces 18,... are respectively welded.
