摘要 PURPOSE:To securely and accurately carry out maintenance before the whole system becomes inoperative by providing more than one integrating time clock which generates signals when a set time is reached, and more than one sensor which detects the operating condition of maintenance-requiring parts. CONSTITUTION:In an electric discharge machining device, the signals detected by sensors 18, 20 which are installed in maintenance-requiring parts 14, 16 are transduced into analog voltage in a detected quantity-voltage transducing circuit 26 and inputted into an NC device 24. Also, a comparison circuit 30 compares the detected signals from the sensors 18, 20 with the set value and converts the detected signals into the percentage of the set value. And these data are sent to an alarm circuit 34, which, in turn, generates alarms in plural number of stages for each maintenance-requiring part. These alarms, together with the display time of an integrated time indicator 38, preset reference time, and percentage, are displayed with top priority on a display unit 36. Thereby, accurate maintenance can be performed before the whole system becomes inoperative.
