PURPOSE:To transmit assuredly the time distribution information of a state signal by counting the change of the state signal separately at ON and OFF sides respectively in the form of the monitoring signal of a subject device to be monitored which monitors the working state and transmitting the state signal data in a prescribed period. CONSTITUTION:The state monitor signal given from a state signal input 101 is applied to a state changing frequency counting circuit 1 and a continuous state end detecting circuit 4. Then the end of the state signal is decided, and a counter initial reset signal 401 and an initial transmission timing signal 402. These signals 401 and 402 are applied to OR circuits 6 and 7, and at the same time a counter reset signal 206 and a transmission timing signal 202 given from a transmission timing signal generating circuit 2 are applied to the circuits 6 and 7. The counter reset signal given from the circuit 6 is applied to the circuit 1 to deliver the state changing fequency counting number 201. Then a continuous state change end flag signal 501 is delivered from a continuous state change flag signal generating circuit 5. Then the state signal data is transmitted in a prescribed relation. |
