PURPOSE:To prevent the fleshness of grain from deteriorating, by carrying out the process, for rapid shipping, including the steps of taking out the grain from a bulk storage just before the shipping thereof in accordance with a shipping instruction, polishing the grain and packing the same into a bag. CONSTITUTION:A bag delivered from a bagging device 3 for packing polished rice into a bag by a weight of 5kg, disposed in a rice polishing device 2 which is laid in the take-out section of a bulk storage 1, is transferred, by a vertically movable selecting conveyor 13, to either one of conveyors 14, 15 respectively connected to the transferring devices 5, 6 and a conveyor 17 extracted into an emergency manually loading area 16. The bag transferred by the transferring device 5 is loaded onto a truck 33 through a take-out chute 31 and a belt conveyor 32. Further, the bag delivered into the transferring device 6 is palletized by a palletizing device 9 and is taken out. The above-mentioned control is centrally managed by a computer. |
