PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency, prevent any shift of position and also improve yield by applying a bonding agent which can be hardened by ultraviolet ray to the center of bonding area and by adding an epoxy bonding agent in the periphery of it. CONSTITUTION:In order to stick together a glass substrate 1 and a color filter 2, a bonding agent (UV bonding agent) 5 which can be hardened by the ultraviolet ray is applied at first to the center of bonding area and then an epoxy bonding agent 3 is applied to the periphery of it. Thereafter, a color filter 2 is stuck on it and positioning is carried out, through radiation of the ultraviolet ray 6. subsequently, the epoxy bonding agent is hardened in the hardening furnace. Thereby, a plate surface free of any shift of position and excellent in its chemical resistance can be obtained and the yield can also be improved. |
