In order to prevent spurious releases by the protective device during switching operations in an electrical power supply system to be monitored, a monitoring circuit arrangement (1) with a measured value recording device (2) is connected to the protective device (10); with this device, a measurement quantity (U) obtained from the power supply system during a fault is monitored and a signal is generated in the event of changes in its phase angle and amplitude. A control device (3) is connected to the output of the measured value recording device (2) which, in response to the signal of the measured value recording device, suppresses, for a pre-defined time interval, a simultaneous release command of the protective device (10) or a subsequent release command occurring within the pre-defined time interval. <IMAGE> |
