<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a tubular extrusion molded material which is superior in mechanical strength without losing heat-resisting properties, corrosion-resisting properties and inflammability, by performing extrusion molding of a composite, which contains specific polyallylene thioether, inorganic filler and thermoplastic resin at a specific ratio, into a tubular state. CONSTITUTION:This polyallylene thioether tubular extrusion molded material is obtained by performing extrusion molding of a composite, which contains 30-100wt% substantially linear polyallylene thioether whose melt viscosity is 2,000-4,000 poise (temperature =310 deg.C, shear rate =200sec<-1>), 0-70wt% inorganic filler and 0-40wt% thermoplastic resin, in a tubular state. The obtained tubular molded material is tenacious and, moreover, superior in heat- resisting properties, chemical resistance and inflammability. A polymer having low melt viscosity of less than 2,000 poise is difficult to mold as the drawdown of melt processing is too large and a polymer having high melt viscosity of exceeding 4,000 poise is difficult to mold as its fluidity becomes worse.</p> |
