The control device has a compressor (1), a radiator (2), and a cooling apparatus (3) which enable the air-conditioning unit to dehumidify at a low defrosting temperature. A temper-ature-sensing device (7) detects the temperature-variation of the cooling apparatus (3) or the ambient air of the apparatus (3), and converts the temperature-variation into electric signals. The comparator (13) generates a compressor; stopping signal when the electric signal reaches a predetermiend value.
