JOSEPHSON JOINT ELEMENT FOR MAGNETOMETER

摘要

PURPOSE:To accurately and easily control a bridge dimension, by a method wherein a first and a second superconductive membranes are bridged at both ends of a double film layers by a third superconductive membrane while only one bridge part is formed as a weak joint part. CONSTITUTION:Superconductive membranes 11a, 11b are formed on an insulating substrate while an insulating membrane 13 is formed so as to span the superconductive membranes 11a, 11b and a superconductive membrane 14 is further succeedingly formed. After the double film 15 consisting of the insulating membrane 13 and the superconductive membrane 14 is formed, a superconductive membrane 16 for bridging is formed from the superconductive membrane 11a to the superconductive membrane 11b so as to cover the superconductive membrane 14 and only one bridge part is formed as a weak joint part.
