<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to surely feed out papers always, by arranging a retard roller, rotatably, and as well by providing a slip clutch which is changed over so that the feed of papers is inhibited when more than two papers are fed out. CONSTITUTION:A clutch plate 41 is arranged to one end face, opposing one of fixing members 47, of a retard roller 41. The retard roller 41 is urged in the direction B by the force of a coil spring 41, and is normally press-contacted to one of the fixing members 47 through a clutch plate 49. If more than two papers enter into below the retard roller 41, the papers slip since the frictional resistance between the clutch plate 49 and the fixing members 47 is larger than that between the papers, and therefore, the retard roller 41 is set in the condition of no rotation. Thereby only one paper is fed out, and the remaining papers are stopped.</p> |
