PURPOSE:To obtain smooth positioning in the positioning control of a manufacturing process by determining the starting point of falling to reduce the frequency to a pulse motor and the initial falling width on the basis of a set value, the maximum frequency and the like. CONSTITUTION:A positioning device 41 consisting of MPU carries on the positioning process at a fixed period to reduce the output pulse frequency to a belt-conveyor-driving pulse motor by stages for positioning. In the falling section to reduce this frequency, the starting point of falling, the first and the last falling widthes, and the like are determined by known parameters such as a set value, the maximum output pulse frequency, and others, and after the second time, a fixed falling width is adopted. When the number of output pulses counted by a counter 48 is equalized with the set value, the output from a pulse generator 47 is stopped. This construction permits to obtain correct and smooth positioning. |
