PURPOSE:To detect a stable signal over the entire area without lowering the sensitivity in a small flow by holding a pressure receiving plate in a disc chamber in the upper and lower perimeter thereof through a spring to prevent the pressure receiving plate from attaching thereto. CONSTITUTION:A pressure introduction ports 3 and 4 are cut in a vortex generation body. When a flow runs in the direction of the arrow X, a varied differential pressure is generated with the generation of a vortex between the pressure introduction ports 3 and 4. The varied differential pressure drives a pressure receiving plate 10 arranged in a disc assembly 5 fastened on the bottom of a pressure receiving chamber 9. Springs 11 and 12 are placed between the pressure receiving plate 10 and both wall surfaces 6 and 7 with one end face thereof contacting the inner wall surface of a disc chamber and the other end face thereof contacting the pressure receiving plate 10 to protect thereof from effect of an attaching force within a reaction of the springs. |
