PURPOSE:To make it possible to simply change the distance between two electrodes, by fixing an electrode so that the intermediate part of the electrode is fastened to a handle by a pin and a pawl is engaged with the inner side teeth of a circular arc shaped frame having the pin fastened point as the center thereof. CONSTITUTION:The central part of a handle 1 is formed as a grip part 2 and one electrode 3 is attached to one end thereof at almost right angles through an insulating material 4 while the other electrode 7 is attached to the other end of the handle 1 at the intermediate part thereof in a revolvable manner by a pin 8. A circular arc shaped frame 9 having the pin fastened point as the center thereof is attached to the handle 1 and the inner side thereof is cut with teeth 11. In addition, because a ball 12 is provided to the tail end 7a of an electrode 7 and pressed by a spring 13, the electrode 7 is fixed. In changing the distance between the electrodes 3, 7, force may be applied to the electrode 13 to revolve the same. |
