<p>PURPOSE:To ensure an assured effect for elimination of paper dust with a simple constitution by arranging a brush of a conductive material so that it crosses the paper supply path at the downstream side of a paper feed member and a contact is obtained between the paper surface and the bristle tip of the brush in terms of the paper feed direction. CONSTITUTION:A gap is formed between a lower guide plate 9 and a front guide plate 11 at the downstream side of the paper feed direction centering on the position where a friction pad 2 has a contact with a paper feed roller 1. Then a brush 12 made of a conductive material is set with its lengthwise direction orthogonal to the paper feed direction so that the bristle tip of the brush has a touch to the side of the paper 5 having friction with a friction pad 2 through said gap and that the bristles of the brush has a light touch to the paper surface. Thus the paper dust can be assuredly eliminated with a simple constitution.</p> |
