摘要 PURPOSE:To flow a refrigerant through grooves for flowing the refrigerant in the axial direction to obtain cooling action, and to improve assembly property by forming the grooves among each layer of a cylinder and fast sticking each layer of the cylinder in sections except the grooves. CONSTITUTION:A conductor 1 is wound cylindrically, but the recessed grooves 9 are formed to the outer circumference of the conductor in the axial direction of cylinders. Each layer 8, 8 of the cylinders is wound in a closely adhesive manner, and fast stuck in the sections except the groove 9 sections. Consequently, a coolant flows in the grooves 9, and the area of cooling can be ensured by devising the pitch and width of the grooves. On the other hand, the sections except the grooves 9 of the conductor 1 lower the current density of the conductor 1, and fills the role of the reduction of Joule loss. The close adhesion of each layer 8, 8 of the cylinders to the sections except the grooves 9 results in the increase of buckling load with the reduction of tensile stress in the circumferential direction of the conductor and the reduction of compressive stress in the axial direction by electromagnetic force. The winding of each layer 8, 8 of the cylinders in the closely adhesive manner contributes to the simplification of the assembly.
