发明名称 LASER MARKING APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To achieve a higher working efficiency by arranging a reflector and a driving mechanism for altering the direction of reflection between a laser marking apparatus body and an IC product in the marking on an IC package. CONSTITUTION:A tray on which a number of IC products 6 are arranged parallel to ongoing direction of a laser light from a condenser lens 5 is conveyed to a specified position below a mirror 7. Then, a first motor 12 is driven to rotate a mirror support plate 15 so that the angle in the horizontal way is adjusted for a reflected laser light from the mirror 7 to reach the IC products 6. Subsequently, the mirror 7 is rotated with a second motor 16 vertically by an angle precalculated to vary the direction of reflection of the laser light from a laser oscillator 2 sequentially whereby product number or the like is marked sequentially on the packages of the IC products 6. Thus, the conveying mechanism can be simplified to reduce the working time per mark thereby improving the operating rate of the laser oscillator.
