PURPOSE:To enable to control a vibration machine in high accuracy by considering the detecting delay time when a control phase angle is set by generating a standard pulse of operating both vertical and horizontal axes with one reference pulse, and discriminating the lead/lag of the phase. CONSTITUTION:Sole reference position detecting means C11, C21, C31, C41 for providing reference position pulse signals of counting means C12, C22, C32, C42, respectively are provided on respective vibrating shafts, switches S11, S21, S31, S41 for selecting vertical or horizontal vibration mode are provided, and phase difference control for performing vertical or horizontal vibrating operation for executing the prescribed counting operation by the counting means with the reference pulse signals based on the vertical or horizontal vibrating mode selected by a mode selection switches is performed. |
