PURPOSE:To eliminate backlash and to heighten the precision in control by making a plurality of planet gears rotatably movable by shifting the location of an internal pin hole so that at least one gear can be engaged in the normal direction of turn while at least another gear can be engaged in the reverse direction of turn at the same time. CONSTITUTION:Rotation of two eccentric members 2 and 3, both of which are fixed on an input shaft 1 with 180 deg. difference in phase from each other, rocks and rotates external tooth gears (planet gears) 4 and 5 via an internal pin 6 that is engaged with internal pin holes 7 and 8. When trochoid gears 9 and 10 located on the circumference of both gears 4 and 5 are engaged with external pins 12... of an internal tooth gear 11, rotation of the input shaft 1 is transferred to an output shaft 13 connected to an internal pin after its speed is reduced. At that time, with the planet gear 4, internal tooth gear 11, and internal pin 6 held in the state as shown in the figure, the planet gear 5 is rotated clockwise around its center B 5, and fixed at the position where it is engaged with the gear 11.
