PURPOSE:To enable relatively easy manufacture of an original plate by application of a high-density recording by processing a recording body recorded with a signal on a magnetic medium to give a spacial change according to the signal or attaching a light beam reflective film to the recording body or the copy thereof. CONSTITUTION:A plate-shaped magnetic recording medium 1 contains pure iron, Cr, Co and other magnetic powder and is coated by means of a binder on a plastic or metallic plate. The beam 3 of a laser 2 performs scanning in a spiral or other shape according to the rotation of the medium 1. The medium is locally heated by the laser 2 to near the curie point of the magnetic material and the record on the reduced hysteresis loop generated by the magnetic field of a signal coil 4 is strongly magnetized as the medium is cooled according to the rotation thereof, then a high-density record in the perpendicular direction is generated in a magnetic film 5 by the signal of the coil 4. The magnetic medium softened in the process of dipping the resulted magnetic record in acetone, thinner, trichromeethane or other solvent for a short time in a vessel 8 or spraying the same causes deformation according to the recorded magnetic field, thereby forming a fine rugged stripe pattern 12 on the medium surface. |
