PURPOSE:To strengthen insulation and to enhance the space factor of conductors by providing wires with longitudinal insulator enclosed without adhesive state along longitudinal direction, and winding flat wires formed with tape winding insulation on the longitudinal insulator in a single row. CONSTITUTION:A hexagonal coil 1 is formed by arranging a flat wire 2 coated with insulating coating 3 in a single row, winding the wire 2 in the prescribed number of turns in an elliptical shape die as a primary shaping and engaging the wire in a pull-out machine. The coating 3 is formed by longitudinally enclosing a mica sheet 4 of U shape for enclosing the outside of the surface of the wire 2 in wire width direction for each half side in nonadhesive state, and a mica tape 5 is protectively wound thereon. In this manner, even if the wire is edgewisely bent at the shaping time, the insulating coating of the wire might not be damaged, the space factor of the conductors is improved, and the size can be reduced. |
