PURPOSE:To enable to use a multi-part paper, by providing a paper guide the length of which is not smaller than the longitudinal size of one part of a paper, the front end thereof is located above a printer, and the rear end thereof is located on the rear side, in a paper guide for a printer. CONSTITUTION:The paper guide 7 formed from a wire form material is fitted to the upper surface of an upper cover 2 at fitting holes 8, is extended along the upper surface, is downwardly bent at a position off the rear end of the cover 2, the width (a) of the guide 7 is set to be smaller than the width of the paper, and the guide 7 is extended rearward to attain a length (l). Therefore, the paper 5 printed is fed along the guide 7 without making contact with the paper 6 not yet printed. Accordingly, the weights of the guide 7 and the paper can be supported by the cover 7, the paper printed does not interfere with the guide 7, so that the paper can be smoothly fed, and it is enabled to use a multi-part paper. |
