PURPOSE:To mount a material to be wound beautifully and surely without looseness by winding a material to be wound coated with adhesive on a cylindrical body and holding the material to be wound with a holding device. CONSTITUTION:The recessed groove 26 of a cylindrical body 14 is positioned parallel to the passage just above the passage of lateral movement of an adhesive spray nozzle 23 of an adhesive spraying device 19. A thin iron plate 27 having specified size is carried by each chain conveyor of a transporting device 16 until the plate comes into contact with a stopper 24. A movable stand 22 of the adhesive spraying device 19 is moved laterally by a driving device 21, and at the same time, the adhesive is supplied to the spray nozzle 23 at a specified pressure. Then, each electromagnet 25 of the cylindrical body 14 is excited, and the tip of the thin iron plate 27 having adhesive 28 applied on the lower face is attracted into the recessed groove 26 of the cylindrical body 14. The cylindrical body 14 is rotated by a driving device and the whole length of the thin iron plate 27 is wound on the cylindrical body 14. |
