PURPOSE:To form quickly a titled member and prevent damage at the time of attaching and detaching by passing a bent wire formed from a wound wire through an extrusion forming device, pouring an adhesion layer of heated, molten synthetic resin on the surface of the wire and solidifying by cooling after pressure welding. CONSTITUTION:A wound wire 2 of carbon steel is formed to a bent wire 5 of wavy or trapezoidal form by a roller or a press bender 4. This wire 5 is passed through the extrusion forming device, and a heated and molten adhesion layer 3 of synthetic resin is extruded continuously from an extrusion die 16 to unify with both sides or surface side of the wire 3. Then, the adhesion layer 3 and wire 5 are continuously pressure welded and formed by pressure joining rollers 7 and moved. By this way, the adhesion layer 3, for instance, forms a thin parts 14, 14 between swelled parts 13, 13 and slanted parts 12, 12 on both sides in longitudinal direction. Further, after passing the holding member 1 in the rear of rollers 7 through a cooling device 8, the member is wound on a winder 10 through a sending out device 9. |
