PURPOSE:To increase the thrust, to accurately position and to increase the efficiency of a linear motor by integrally forming a toothed part formed integrally by a cutting method and a laminated formed by laminating silicon steel plates, thereby constructing a core. CONSTITUTION:A core of a linear motor is composed by integrating a toothed part 8 and a laminate 9. The part 8 is integrally formed of pure iron by a cutting method. The laminate 9 is composed by punching silicon steel plates to suppress an iron loss and then superposing them. |
