PURPOSE:To provide the warming-up of a device with steam of suitable condition and make non-expensive cost of facility by a method wherein a change-over element for use in changing-over a high pressure turbine bypass valve to a primary pressure control or a secondary pressure control is arranged in the control circuit for the valve. CONSTITUTION:Reheating type steam turbines 5 and 12 have a high pressure turbine bypass pipe 14 and a high pressure turbine bypass valve 15 for use in communicating a main steam pipe 2 with a low temperature reheating pipe 9. Under a warm or hot starting condition, the high pressure bypass valve 15 is moved by a pressure transmitter 20 so as to control the primary pressure. In turn, under a cold starting condition, the high pressure bypass valve 15 is moved by the pressure transmitter 27 so as to perform a secondary pressure control. In this way, it is possible to perform a warming-up operation under steam of most suitable condition and to reduce a consumption cost of the turbine. |
