PURPOSE:The titled composition that is composed of dimethyl fumarate and camphor, thus having high inhibition of mycotic growth and high antifeedant activity against insect pests to fiber products with high durability in addition to high safety to human bodies. CONSTITUTION:The objective compositions is composed of dimethyl fumarate and camphor at a weight ratio of 10/90-2/98. Since the composition is sublimable, it is used as a fungicide for food-packaging materials, medicine- packaging materials, after products, agricultural products, or used in closets, drawers, bath rooms, warehouses, or vinyl houses or as an insect repellent for clothes, carpets, silk and wool products. The composition can include a moisture-proofing agent such as silica gel or calcium chloride. |
