PURPOSE:To improve the ventilating efficiency of a fan by a method wherein the terminal of a guide, which is forming a path section, is sunk into the inside of a motor to guide airstream with a reduced loss. CONSTITUTION:The airstream, discharged from an impeller 11, is guided into a motor 18 under reducing the flow speed during passing through an expanded chamber 12a of the guide 12 and the path section 21b of the same by converting a speed energy possessed by the airstream into a pressure energy. Here, the terminal 12c of the path section 12b of the guide 12 is sunk into the inside of the motor, therefore, the airstream is guided with a small loss after entering into the inside of the motor and the ventilating efficiency of the fan may be improved. |
