The device provides an interface between a printed circuit card carrying electronic components forming a circuit and a test system for this circuit. A fixed plate 2 placed in a support structure 1 carries probes 6 intended to come into contact with predetermined points on the card 7 under test, which is itself carried by a mobile plate 4. A flexible membrane 3 in the form of a pleat defines a sealed space 14 between the fixed plate 2, the support structure 1 and that part of the mobile plate 4 which does not carry the card 7 under test. The mobile plate 4 is moved by reducing the pressure in the above sealed space 14. Such a structure makes it possible to overcome the constraints produced by the sealing at the places where the card is fixed. <IMAGE>
