The invention relates to a component of a medical suction system permitting collection of secretions in a jar for once-only use. This jar comprises two nozzles, one ensuring connection to the suction device, the other allowing delivery of the secretions. A novel part avoids migration of the liquids on the upper internal part of the jar. By its design, this jar is to be used once only. <IMAGE>
