The invention relates to a suitcase with a wide base and a narrow lid with rolling device and outside pockets, characterised in a variant No. 1 by a base 1, a lid 2, a zip-closed pocket 3 on its lid, a handle 5, locks 6, a roller system fitted into one of the two small edges of its base 7, a handle for the rolling device on the small edge which is diagonally opposite that on which the roller 8 is located and a small expandable pocket with a flap on the small lateral side opposite that on which the roller 4 is located. The roller 7/4 is placed in a recess in the edge 7/1 consisting of a hollow central parallelepiped 7/6 and the ends of its spindle 7/5 are accommodated in two cylinders 7/2 equipped with fastening devices 7/3 and placed in two small parallelepipeds 7/7. <IMAGE>
